Your pre-project
Based on all the analyses, explanations and discussions, your personal pre-project comes into being.
In consultation with you, our architect draws up preliminary studies. These are refined in subsequent meetings and transformed into an overall concept. At the pre-project stage, you are provided with detailed documentation. This documentation includes explanations and sketches on the impression, design and colour scheme of your house together with the complete plans. A detailed statement of costs with a maximum deviation of 5% is also included. At this stage, you already know exactly what kind of investment to expect. That is an ideal starting point for clarifying the financing situation with your bank. If you wish, your building advisor will be more than happy to accompany you to this meeting.
